Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 3 working days.

We do not control the delivery service of your item once it has been collected. Any tracking queries / updates can be directed to the appicable postal service or courier.

Shipping (NZ):

We use New Zealand Couriers for our local package deliveries. You can find their zoned areas with their corresponding delivery targets here.

Delivery targets are guidelines from NZ Couriers only and we do not guarantee that your item will reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to and from rural or remote areas may take longer. For the purpose of delivery targets, the day in which a mail item is accepted by us is day zero. 

Shipping (International):

We use New Zealand Post for our international package deliveries. Click here to see NZ Post's list of world zones and their corresponding delivery targets.

You can expect that items sent overseas will usually arrive at their destination within the timeframe specified. Because NZ Post do not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we cannot guarantee that your items will always reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or held in Customs, may take longer. For more information regarding New Zealand Post's World Zones click here.

NZ Post cannot gaurantee tracking will be updated once an item has left it's delivery chain. When the item is handed over to your local postal service, they are now in control of the delivery and any updates to tracking.
